What does Meta Rasa mean?
Meta Rasa means 'scraped post' or 'scraped cone'.
The film Ben Hur depicts Roman charioteers racing around a spina, a long island or wall. At each end of the spina there were cones or posts called metae, where most of the exciting action took place.

The post at the turning point - the Meta Rasa - bore the marks of battles that were critical to the outcome of the race. The charioteers literally 'scraped past the post' that marked the turning point.
Turning points can be big or small, personal or business. You may want to answer a family member's question. You may want to pass an exam. Or you may be responsible for implementing a new accounting system in an international business.
At this web site there will be articles, resources and case studies written by professionals in their field. We hope that visitors will find them helpful at whatever turning point they may be.
