After graduating in business at the start of the 1980s, Peter developed a successful career selling business solutions in to the office environment. Document Management and workflow were emerging technologies at this time, but as the world moved on from microfilm, one issue remained a constant: when you work, you need access to the right information at the right time in order to be efficient.
In the last 10 years Peter has started and developed 2 companies that focus on the process. Key to this is the ability to model the business processes, analyse and improve them. As well as delivering process change and improvement, Peter has trained staff and customers in the skills needed to focus on the project’s goals and deliver real benefits.
