Peter Such played professional cricket over a 20 year period with Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire and Essex, picking up 11 Test Caps between 1993 and 1999. During his career he took over 1,000 wickets, had a best bowling performance in Test Matches of 6 wickets for 67 runs against Australia and took five wickets in an innings on 49 occasions.
He now works as a Learning and Development Consultant delivering a unique brand of value added services. He is passionate about coaching and looks to highlight the common themes that make up elite performance at team and individual level, both in business and sport.
He is accredited with the use of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and the Management Team Role Indicator (MTR-i) and works both at a group and individual level.
