This page enables you to retrieve an MMDI Report. If you haven't yet got a code, you can complete the MMDI online or use our conversion utility to work out a code from your type preferences.

There is also a Job Demand questionnaire that identifies the personality demands of your current role.

Enter your MMDI report code (not your personality type) in the box above the report you want, and press the button. The reports that are currently available include:

Basic Report

This is the report you saw after completing the MMDI. It provides some discussion of the results to help you identify your personality type.

Radar Report

This provides a radar-like visualisation of where your preferences are concentrated.

Type Dynamics

This is an advanced report with technical information for those who already understand function-atttitudes. The report reports on your personal type dynamics. It compares those dynamics with the standard dynamics of your reported type. You can also change the type used for comparison.

Job Demand/Radar

This Radar Report identifies the aspects of personality that you are required to use in your current job. You can produce a report that looks solely at the demand, or (by entering your MMDI code) identify your personal stretch: the difference between what the job needs and what you prefer.
