Leadership
There is no data to show your natural leadership profile. Please complete the MMDI questionnaire first. Once we have your results, we will be able to update the diagram to reflect your leadership profile. Each segment represents a leadership style. You use them all, but prefer some more than others. The lighter the segment, the more you like to use it.
Understanding your leadershipo profile can help you in various ways, e.g.:
- choose a career that values your leadership potential and offers the best chances of progression;
- develop your leadership skills by building on your natural strengths and mitigating natural weaknesses;
- manage the tension between the demands of the role and your preferences (to maximise performance whilst avoiding burnout);
- find an accommodation between your preferred style and the way your team prefer to be led; and
- develop greater flexibility in your approach to help you adapt to different leadership situations.
The leadership styles are related to both the personality types defined by Isabel Briggs Myers and the team roles defined by Steve Myers (no relation), which are shown in the Type Mapping model (second diagram).
After completing the questionnaire, there will be a free online report on this page, and a more extensive, low-cost Premium Report Pack that is optional.
